| The National Council of Women of Canada plays an important role in putting forward Council's position on established policy. Annually, NCWC prepares a Brief for the Federal Government on established policy. There is continuing monitoring by the National Council, by the Conveners of national Committees, and attention to issues and concerns brought forward.
