Welcome to our Communication and Reports section. Here you will find copies of correspondence to the federal government, and others, on issues of importance to Council - and maybe you too. Also, Press Releases on a range of topics are provided.
The members of the National Council of Women of Canada study topics that are current and relevant, and several of these have resulted in Reports. Some of these, such as Girls and Violence, Energy Conservation and Women as Caregivers, will be available from our Archives section. We are currently featuring the Report on the Common Program from 2005-2007 on Water. Here you will find many resources and reports prepared from the work that Counils did on the topic of Water during that period.
The National Council annually prepares and submits a written brief to the federal government, based on approved policy. You will find briefs in our Policy and Briefs section.
